Borneo Sporenburg is a housing distict on a reclaimed commercial dock in Amsterdam. For this project I redesigned a house plot as if it was a new build, using the current buildings as inspiration/precedent. The properties are built on a long, narrow plot enclosed by houses, making it difficult to allow for comfort factors within the building, the major one being getting light into the whole building.
